Legislative Report on Costs and Benefits of LMI Adder
Pursuant to statute 362-A:9 XIV (c)(2), the Department of Energy must report on the cost and benefits of the LMI adder
Pursuant to statute 362-A:9 XIV (c)(2), the Department of Energy “On or before July 1, 2022, the department shall report on the costs and benefits of such an addition and the development of the market for low-moderate income community solar projects and provide a recommendation on whether the addition shall be increased or decreased.
The Department of Energy issued a Solicitation of Written Public Comments to gather stakeholder input relating to costs and benefits of the LMI Adder
