Community Power Aggregation

Contact information for the provision of notices by a community power aggregation committee or community power aggregation plan to electric utilities and to the Department of Energy is provided below.

Community power aggregation committees and community power aggregation plans are required to provide certain notices and filings to the Public Utilities Commission, the appropriate electric utility, the Department of Energy and the Office of Consumer Advocate.  

All notices and filings made to the Department of Energy by community power aggregation committees and community power aggregations should be provided via email to the addresses below.
registrations@energy.nh.gov and energy-litigation@energy.nh.gov
