The NH Department of Energy will conduct a public hearing, to be held at 21 S. Fruit Street, Concord, NH, on the State’s Plan for utilizing the NH portion of the federal “bi-partisan infrastructure law” (BIL) to support the work of the NH Weatherization Assistance Program. The Plan will be filed with the U.S. Department of Energy (USDOE) on October 1, 2022. Upon approval by USDOE, the Plan will be in effect for five years.
Written comments are encouraged and must be received at NH Department of Energy by the opening of the Public Hearing, which will be held on: Monday, September 26, 2022, starting at 1:30 PM.
