Rule Waiver Proceedings

The Department of Energy may grant waivers of Department or certain Public Utilities Commission rules.

NH Code of Administrative Rules Puc 201.05 allows the Department of Energy to waive Department or certain Public Utilities Commission rules.  Waivers are permitted only when they serve the public interest and do not disrupt the orderly and efficient resolution of matters before the Commission.
